1 egg
1 tbsp rice flour

1 or 1\2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 or 1\2 tsp red chili powder
3 tbsp yogurt
1 or 1\2 tsp lemon juice
1 or 1\2 tsp pepper powder
1 or 1\2 turmeric

1 or 1\2 tsp jeera
1 or 1\2 tsp chopped garlic
1 or 1\2 tsp pepper powder

This recipe is very special because it’s got a very unique
name and people always want to know why it is called chicken 65. It is strange name for chicken
dish but it is very popular dish and I have learned it from my sweet mom . now I
tell you why it is called chicken 65 . In old days this item is featured on menu at 65 position
. Around the central India which is around Hyderabad actually so this would be
on number of 65 and became very popular on that time everybody said that get
this 65 number chicken and that’s how this delicious dish got the name chicken
65 .now we come to the point .
Now we have got some boneless chicken and we have to cut the
chicken on slanting manner. If you cut the chicken in straight cube they become
fibrous
Now we have cutted chicken and take large bowl and add 1 or
1\2 tsp red chili powder in cutted chicken , according to your taste.
Add 1 or 1\2 tsp salt and some ginger garlic paste and garam
masala powder.
Add 2 tbsp corn flour and egg .
Now take lemon juice and mix in it and mix the whole thing
properly .
Now fry the chicken into oil ,put 1 piece of chicken at a
time , after some time chicken is looking crispy red. Now let’s take it off .
Important
When you cook chicken 65 , you need higher flame. The gas
flame should be on high.
The chicken there has been fried now .
we take yogurt and
add 1 or 1\2 tsp chili powder into it
and add 1 or 1\2 tsp rice flour and mix it properly.
Now take another pan and put some oil into it , you can also take oil from where you fried the chicken.
Add 1tsp of cumin and mustard and some curry leaf and fried it properly after that put yogurt
paste and blend it properly.
Now put fried chicken into this mixture and the chicken has absorbed
complete yogurt, keep tossing until the chicken gets coated and absorb yogurt
and the whole mixture is become dry .
This is almost done
And
My chicken 65 is ready to serve , you can eat it as a snake or as a cocktail
snake . believe me the flavor of curry leaf , spices and yogurt , all combined together makes this beautiful.
