Veg-Keema masala



Hello  foodies, When ever I go eating out, there are few dishes that always on my order list and Veg-keema masala is one of themToday I am going to show you, how to cook Veg-keema  masala at home. so now we have some ingredients here  . so let’s get start.




Ingredients: 


3 medium onions, finely chopped
1/2 capsicum finely chopped
1 carrot steamed and finely chopped
100g French beans steamed and finely chopped
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 green chili finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 1/2 cup tomato puree
3 tbsp cheese
100g grated paneer
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
coriander leaves
salt to taste
1/2 tsp coriander and cumin seed powder

Method



Take a big non stick pan and put ghee first and heat ghee .
We have chopped onions, so we going to sotted lots of onions in it and fry onions till it becomes brown in colours.
Now Add some ginger and garlic paste for better taste.
Add chopped capsicum and some frozen green peas , cutted green chilies in it.
Add tomato puree and mix it properly , cook it atleast 3 minutes.



Add some cutted tomato and mix it until the tomato mashed.
Now add red chili powder, garam masala and salt according to your taste.
Add some amount of water to mix the ingredient well.
Now we goes to vegetables, we have chopped steamed vegetable (French bean and carrots) .add these vegetables in it .
We have some grated paneer and some grated cheese , add both these and mix it properly.

Add some coriander leaves and put some water in it and mix it well ,and heat it until water got absorbed by it .
